WHO IS NATASHA WYLDE?

Natasha Wylde has a profound dedication to children's care and well-being.


Her academic achievements include a Post Graduate Certificate in Paediatrics and a Masters in Advanced Nursing Practice with a focus on children's psychological development.


Natasha is also a certified Root Cause Therapy Practitioner, specialising in addressing childhood trauma, and a Holy Fire III Reiki Master, offering holistic healing approaches.


Her career integrates evidence-based practice with holistic therapies to enhance the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of children and their families.

One full Day Program

For children aged 8-12yrs old.

$50 per child

  • Session 1: Introduction to Emotions:

Objective: Introduce what emotions are (happy, sad, angry, scared, etc). Gifting each child with their own journal for the program.


  • Session 2: Exploring Emotions Through Art

Objective: The use of paint and exploring art to express and recognise emotions and where they feel it in their body. Each child will be gifted with their own painting apron.


  • Session 3: Exploring Emotions Through Sound

Objective to use sound to regulate emotions through the calming sound vibrations of the Tibetan sound bowl.


  • Session 4: Exploring emotions through movement

Objective: Releasing emotions through physical movement of the body. Exploring body movements through music that identifies different sounds.


  • Session 5: Expressing Emotions Through Play

Objective incorporate play to demonstrate emotions and playing a guessing game to see if the children can identify other children’s emotions.

What age groups is the program designed for?

Our kids program is designed for children ages 8-12 years old. We have tailored activities and lessons to suit children's development learning stages, ensuring an engaging and appropriate experience for all participants.

What types of activities will my child participate in?

The program includes a variety of activities that incorporate interactive, educational, arts and crafts, physical movement, and mindfulness practices. Each activity is designed to promote learning, creativity, and overall well-being.

Who will be supervising my child during the program?

Our program is led by experienced and trained instructors who specialised in children's education and development. All staff members have undergone background checks and receive ongoing training to ensure a safe and supportive environment for your child.

How does the program support my child’s development?

Our program is designed to support children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development. Activities focus on enhancing critical thinking, social skills, creativity, physical fitness, and emotional resilience, providing a well-rounded developmental experience.

What safety measures are in place?

Safety is our top priority. We maintain a low instructor-to-child ratio, have secure facilities, and follow strict health and safety protocols, including regular sanitisation, medical support for children that have Asthma Action Plans and Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Action Plans.

How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?

We take dietary restrictions and allergies very seriously. Parents are asked to provide detailed information about their child's dietary needs during registration. Our staff is trained to manage and accommodate these requirements to ensure every child’s safety.

How do I register my child, and what is the cancellation policy?

You can register your child online through Nourish Soul Collective website and enter the Happy Heart Kids link. Detailed instructions and required forms are available on our registration page. Our cancellation policy allows for full refunds up to two weeks before the program start date, with partial refunds available closer to the start date.
